Whether your goal is to improve your health, increase your longevity, lose weight, gain weight, eat better, feel better, or just look better, we are here to help you reach your goal.

Strength Tek has partnered with Thomas Incledon, a Registered Dietitian, to create Food Fix, a web-based tool to help you take the guesswork out of your daily food requirements. Food Fix offers balanced, portion-controlled meals, consisting of simple, wholesome foods. Based on some basic information you provide, such as your gender, age, weight and activity level, Food Fix will calculate the number of daily calories you need to meet your goals, and provide you with a 7-day meal plan. You can further customize your plan by choosing from four different meal plans, including plans for vegetarians and those with food allergies.
